Transitional Housing
Second Step Housing’s Transitional Housing serves very low income, homeless individuals and families in a group living environment.
Residents work one-on-one with Housing Specialist to attain housing-related goals.
This is a client-centered housing and supportive services program that provides low-income homeless individuals and families with rental subsidies, case management, support services and information and referral to community resources. The primary goal of the program is to prepare households for long term self-sufficiency: stable and independent of ongoing support.
